Gold Coast Veterans Foundation

We provide support and funding for the Ventura County Veterans Home, campus Veterans Resource Centers (such as at Cal State University), Channel Islands, Veterans Programs such as Monty Roberts and Reins of H.O.P.E., veteran memorials (such as funding the flag poles for the Ventura County Veterans Memorial.) We also support veterans events, such as the Military Expo at the Naval Base Ventura County and the Reception for the Ventura County Stand Down. In addition, our advocacy was instrumental in establishing our Veterans Court in Ventura County. This Court is a forward-thinking program that gives our current warriors who have difficulty transitioning back into society an opportunity to be reintegrated rather than incarcerated.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for veterans and their families in the Tri-County areas of California's Gold Coast. We accomplish this by developing new programs and services as well as enhancing existing ones for our veteran population.
